Michael Grae brings over 20 years of diverse experience in the real estate industry. He began his career as an investment property broker, representing both buyers and sellers in complex transactions and advising local, regional, and national companies on their real estate expansion strategies. Throughout his career, Michael has offered a comprehensive range of services, including bridge financing, tenant restructuring, and identifying properties that qualify for Section 1031 exchanges. Having successfully facilitated transactions totaling over $1 billion, Michael now focuses exclusively on the 1031 Exchange market. By collaborating with top industry professionals, he helps investors optimize their tax strategies when selling investment properties. His in-depth knowledge and experience enable him to deliver maximum value to clients in every transaction, ensuring they achieve their financial goals with efficiency and precision.
Alexis Kokolis
Alexis Kokolis is an experienced investment professional with a strong background in research and financial analysis. She was previously a Senior Research Analyst and Partner at Axiom Investors, where she specialized in the global consumer sector for over eight years. Prior to Axiom, Alexis held roles as a buy-side analyst at Fayez Sarofim & Co. and Alpine Woods Capital Investors, gaining extensive experience in equity analysis and investment strategy. Earlier in her career, Alexis worked as a Senior Associate at Alvarez & Marsal, where she focused on financial valuation disputes and forensic analysis. Alexis holds a B.B.A. in Finance and a B.A. in Plan II Honors from the University of Texas at Austin, graduating from Phi Beta Kappa with University Honors and Plan II Special Honors. She also earned her M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, where she was a recipient of the Heilbrunn Fellowship.
